Market authorities in Binh Duong Province have caught people distributing over 324,000 used condoms that were about to be cleaned and resold in the market.

The Binh Duong market management station busted the plant in the province's Tan Vinh Hiep Ward in Tan Uyen Town on Saturday.

The illegal plant was rented by Pham Thi Thanh Ngoc, aged 32, the Vietnam Directorate of Market Surveillance announced on Tuesday.

The used condoms weighed 360 kilos in total; investigators also found thousands of condoms that were already packed and ready to be sold.

The thousands of packed condoms didn't have branding on them.

Officials said. Thousands more had already been sold to inexperienced customers who wouldn't know the safety behind buying sketchy condoms.
