Concerns for Raymond’s safety have been high since he went missing.
He was last walking through Queens Park between 10:20 am, and 11 am. He was thought to be wearing a light-coloured polo style shirt, a black and red coloured jacket, gym shoes and sweatpants or jeans.
An emergency alert was issued in the Invercargill area, but it did not generate any information as to his whereabouts.
Raymond is non-verbal and walks with a shuffle; he was believed to be on foot and might have wandered onto a property. Residents were asked to search around even if they did previously.
