Today the Ministry of Health has confirmed that the Covid-19 cases have risen to eight.

An Australian man in his 60s who’s in Wellington has been affirmed as having coronavirus. 

He flew from Brisbane while anticipating test results. He showed up in Wellington on Air New Zealand flight NZ828 at 12:05 am 14 March. Chief General of Health Dr. Ashley Bloomfield says the man is presently side effect free however stays in seclusion with his accomplice. 

The other affirmed case today is a 30-year-elderly person from Denmark. She showed up in Auckland through Dohar on flight QR920 on Tuesday 10 March, she at that point, traveled to Christchurch yesterday on Jetstar flight JQ225.

These two affirmed cases come after it was at the beginning of today affirmed a traveler onboard the Golden Princess voyage in Akaroa was being tried for Covid-19 in the wake of creating side effects. The results are expected tomorrow.
