205 new cases of Covid-19 have been reported today in the community. Out of this, 175 were identified in Auckland, 20 in Waikato, 4 in Northland, 5 in Bay of Plenty and 1 in Lakes District. No new cases have been reported at the border.
Since the start of the pandemic in the country, the total confirmed cases reported are 9,811.
Total community cases reported in Auckland is now 6,560 (2,160 have recovered), 351 in Waikato (98 have recovered), 66 in Northland (28 have recovered), 22 in Lakes District, 6 in Taranaki, 3 in MidCentral, 3 in Wairarapa, 18 in Wellington (17 have recovered), Canterbury 7 (3 have recovered), 1 in Nelson/Marlborough who has recovered,
Out of this cluster, 5,361 have been identified as epi-linked to another case or sub-cluster, with 891 reported as unlinked or not yet epi-linked over the last fortnight.
85 cases are reported as staying in hospital, 6 are in ICU. 90 cases are in North Shore Hospital, 22 in Middlemore Hospital, 38 in Auckland City Hospital, 4 in Waikato Hospital, 1 in Whangarei.

In the Mâori population, there have been 819,966 total doses administered around the country. 452,720 are first doses, and 367,246 are second doses.
Yesterday, 3,079 first doses and 6,772 second doses were administered.
