94 new cases of Covid-19 have been reported today in the community, and 5 at the border. There are 87 new community cases in Auckland, including 7 in Waikato.
Since the start of the pandemic in the country, the total confirmed cases reported are 4,794.
Total community cases reported in Auckland are now at 2,030 (1,360 have recovered), 52 in Waikato (7 have recovered) — Wellington remains at 17 (all have recovered).
Out of this cluster, 1,891 have been identified as epi-linked to another case or sub-cluster, with 183 reported as unlinked or not yet epi-linked over the last fortnight.
38 cases are reported as staying in hospital, 5 are in ICU. Eight cases are in North Shore Hospital, twelve in Middlemore Hospital, and eighteen in Auckland City Hospital.
