Emergency crews responded to a serious crash on Auckland's North-Western Motorway, Monday evening.
The crash occurred near the Rosebank Road on-ramp at around 6.15pm.
A number of vehicles were reported to be involved.
One person is in a serious condition as a result of the incident – further injuries were not immediately known.
The Serious Crash Unit attended the crash site to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
One lane is open, but significant delays were expected.
