Kiwibank's online internet banking service has been down for some customers since Tuesday morning.

The Bank has been experiencing a number of issues recently over the last week. The most recent downage has been occurring since Monday morning.

“Some customers may be able to access our services, and some may have issues from time to time,” a statement on Monday said.

Another statement was released the following morning, Tuesday. It said the issue still persists.

Teams have been continuing to prioritise a fix for the intermittent issues as they continue to occur for some customers trying to access their accounts.

“Apologies, our digital banking services are currently unavailable. Our teams are working hard to get this fixed. Please check our social media channels for the latest status updates.”
