A magnitude 5.2 Earthquake shook near Ohakune early Saturday morning at around 1:43 am.
The earthquake was located 30km west of Ohakune and had a depth of 128 km according to Geonet.
The shaking intensity was light.
Over 3,000 people have reported feeling the shake.
