No new cases of COVID-19 have been reported today in managed isolation or the community.

The total number of active COVID-19 cases is 32 as 48 have previously recovered. The total confirmed COVID-19 cases are now at 2,244. This is the number that the Ministry of Health reports to the World Health Organisation.

*Due to the influx of recovered cases, this means several large groups of returnees from Auckland's quarantine facility were released over the last week. This includes 64 cases in managed isolation during the week ending on April 11.

Laboratories have processed a total of 1,992,707tests to date. On Wednesday 4,749 were processed while the seven-day rolling average up to yesterday is 4,103.

On the NZ COVID Tracer app, 2,793,846 users are now registered, recording a total of 254,032,443 poster scans. There have also been 9,502,722 manual diary entries done so far.
