Police have located a swimmer who went missing on the evening of January 14 in the Waikato River.
The 17-year-old male swimmer was found deceased by the National Dive Squad shortly before midday today.
Police extended their sympathies to the family and loved ones of the deceased.
The death will be referred to the Coroner.
