Police are investigating an aggravated robbery yesterday at Manurewa dairy on Halsey Road in Auckland.
Two offenders entered the dairy at around 6:30 pm and presented a firearm at the shop owner. Cash and cigarettes were stolen.
Before leaving the scene with the stolen goods, one offender shot the shop owner in the leg.

The shop owner’s injuries were not life-threatening, however. They were transported to the hospital in a stable condition.
