An appeal for sightings of a wanted 50-year-old man by the name of Dwight Percival Fatu, who has warrants for arrest — has now been located.
The man had relation to a recent National Organised Crime Group operation targeting users of the encrypted Anom phones.
Reports indicated that the man had links to Waikato and Auckland regions.
He was found at a Raglan address and had been taken into custody by Police at 7.30pm last night.
He appeared in Hamilton District Court this morning on a range of charges.
