Police attended an incident at The Octagon in Dunedin during the early hours Tuesday morning.
An eyewitness who wished to remain anonymous told thisquality they'd called 111 to alert Police about a person who'd become distressed.
Two units were at the scene shortly after.
Police did not provide any details after a request for comment was made.
