Police have launched an investigation into a suspicious death at a residential property in South Auckland, Saturday night.
The incident was reported to authorities on Princes Street East, Ōtāhuhu, shortly before 9pm.
One victim sustained a gunshot wound and died at the scene.
Cordons were in place with scene guards, and they will remain at the scene overnight.
