Police and Fire and Emergency are seeking information from the public regarding three fires in Christchurch during the early hours of this morning that are being treated as suspicious.
Police were alerted to three separate fires, one being at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Parklands just after 3 am.
At around 3:35 am a fire alarm was set off at Cardboard Cathedral on Hereford Street.
The last fire was at the Beach Road Cafe in New Brighton just after 5.30 am on Monday.
Police and Fire and Emergency staff will be attending all scenes this morning conducting scene examinations to investigate further.
Anyone who has any information about the fires or was in the area of the fires between the hours of 3 am to 6 am this morning is urged to contact Police on 105.
