Three new cases of Covid-19 have been reported today in managed isolation. None have been reported in the community.

The total number of active Covid-19 cases is 34. The total number of confirmed Covid-19 cases are now at 2,411.

They are the numbers that the Ministry of Health reports to the World Health Organisation.

Positive arrivals:
The first new reported case arrived on July 7 from the United Kingdom via the United Arab Emirates positive at day 3/staying in Auckland facility
A second case arrived on July 8 from Malaysia via Singapore positive at day 1/staying in Auckland facility
The third case arrived on July 9 from Russia via the United Arab Emirates positive at day 3/staying in Auckland facility

Testing numbers:
Laboratories have processed a total of 2,351,005tests to date.

Yesterday, 6,458 were processed, while the seven-day rolling average up to yesterday is 4,881.

COVID Tracer statistics:
On the NZ COVID Tracer app, 2,892,561  users are now registered, recording a total of 303,057,576 poster scans.

There have been 11,797,188 manual diary entries done so far.

In the last 24 hours to midday yesterday, 1,438,447 scans were processed.
