The new legislation is named: The Holding of Foreign Companies Accountable Act.
According to Reuters, President Donald J. Trump on Friday signed legislation that would kick Chinese based companies off the U.S. stock exchanges.
The rules to the legislation applied by President Donald J. Trump would mean the companies have to adhere to American auditing standards, according to the White House.
If foreign companies want to be listed on the U.S. stock exchange, they will have to undergo strict security measures.
