Police have charged and arrested two men after large amounts of drugs and firearms were located following search warrants at two separate Auckland properties yesterday.
Officers from the National Organised Crime Group carried out search warrants at properties located in Greenlane and Herne Bay, after an investigation, which suspected there was an alleged Meth manufacturing activity.
Police located four firearms including a shotgun, a cut-down rifle and two pistols at one address. Ammunition was located including large quantities of Methamphetamine, GBL, Cannabis and other materials that were allegedly used for the manufacturing of drugs.

At the second address, drugs and a large quantity of Methamphetamine were located.
Police arrested and charged two men, who have appeared in court.
A 38-year-old man is due to next appear in the Auckland District Court on 18/1/2021 facing several firearms and drug-related charges.
A 45-year-old man is due to next appear in the Auckland District Court on 24/2/2021 to face a charge of possession for supply of Methamphetamine.
