Trained vaccinators received the COVID-19 jab on February 19.

The goal is to protect them for when they perform mass-vaccination of MIQ workers and New Zealanders.

25 Auckland-based vaccinators were part of the trial run.


They will start giving the Pfizer/BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccines to border and MIQ staff on February 20, 2021.
